"Stop This Insane Outsourcing!"

Now it's become apparent to everyone that the Regan,Bush,Clinton,Friedman flat earth free trade insanity has devastated America's Middle Class!  We need to end  the NAFTA, GATT, and WTO insanity and return to the protectionism that built American industry over the past 200 years .

"Exporting our Jobs and America's Future!"

American consumers never seemed to be able to put two and two together.  As we were busy running out and filling up our shopping carts with cheap plastic crap made in China, we didn't seem to realize that a "global economy" meant that we would be competing for jobs and wages with workers on the other side of the world.

"Corporations Are sitting on a Mountain of Cash and Not Hiring!"

How would you like to pay only a quarter of the real estate taxes you owe on your home? And buy everything for the next 10 years without spending a single penny in sales tax? Keep a chunk of your paycheck free of income taxes? Have the city in which you live lend you money at rates cheaper than any bank charges? Then have the same city install free water and sewer lines to your house, offer you a perpetual discount on utility bills--and top it all off by landscape your front yard at no charge?  Fat chance. You can't get any of that, of course. But if you live almost anywhere in America, all around you are taxpayers getting deals like this. These taxpayers are called corporations, and their deals are usually trumpeted as "economic development" or "public-private partnerships." But a better name is corporate welfare. It's a game in which governments large and small subsidize corporations large and small, usually at the expense of another state or town and almost always at the expense of individual and other corporate taxpayers.

"Reversing 70 years of labor Gains!"

It's A class war economy, there's a shocking transfer of wealth out of the pockets of working people and the poor and into the overstuffed bank accounts of the super-rich.   And it's happening side-by-side with falling wages, sinking family income, evaporating pensions, forclosures and a failing health-care system.

im Bunning Repeatedly Blocks Unemployment Benefits Extension, Tells Dem 'Tough Shit'

Jim Bunning, a Republican from Kentucky, is single-handedly blocking Senate action needed to prevent an estimated 1.2 million American workers from prematurely losing their unemployment benefits

Turning Bombs into High Speed Rail?"

President Obama wants to bulk up high-speed rail, and scale down defense spending. FDR converted peace-time manufacturers into a dominating wartime production system. Why can't President Obama make the bold move to convert our defense contractors into builders of our peacetime future?

"We Want To Get Back To Work Mr. President!

America needs jobs. Our nation was built on the muscle of manufacturing.  Before all this outsourcing  we were  an industrial giant of the world, where jobs were available to those who wanted to work.  The future of the economy depends on a working America, and the people want their voices heard. We must return to a country where our focus is once again on industry, and begin to build not only the economy, but morale. The only way to do that is by putting people back to work.

"What We Would Have Liked to See at The Job Summit!"

They had a Job Summit, yet nothing has changed!   The outsourcing of our jobs continue!
Tax havens enable the rich and U.S. multinationals to move income and assets between global subsidiaries and dodge taxes.  Responsible businesses and individual taxpayers are left to pay for U.S. infrastructure, defense, education and all the public investments that contribute to a healthy business climate and economy.

"Greedy CEOs and anti-union front groups are working overtime to defeat the Employee Free Choice Act!"

Joining together in a union to bargain for health care, pensions, fair wages and better working conditions is the best opportunity working people have to get ahead.
Today, good jobs are vanishing and health care coverage and retirement security are slipping out of reach. Only 38 percent of the public says their families are getting ahead financially and less than a quarter believes the next generation will be better off.
But workers who belong to unions earn 28 percent more than nonunion workers. They are 52 percent more likely to have employer-provided health coverage and nearly three times more likely to have guaranteed pensions.
All workers should have the freedom to decide for themselves whether to form unions to bargain for a better life.

'Unequal Protection in Action!"

THE BANKING INDUSTRY THAT WRECKED THE US ECONOMY GETS BILLIONS, NO
QUESTIONS ASKED, YET WHEN IT'S THE MIDDLE CLASS THAT NEEDS A LOAN,
NOT A BAILOUT, THE HEAT IS ON!

"Auto Makers Wanted A Loan, Not A Bailout!"

AUTO MAKERS WANTED A LOAN, NOT A BAILOUT, YET WORKERS, UNIONS AND
DEMOCRATS  WERE ATTACKED BY THE RIGHT.  BY THE WAY, THE LOAN WAS PAID OFF, EARLY!

"The Result of Friedman Flat Earth Insane Economic Theory!"

Thomas Friedman's "Flat Earth Economy has sent our jobs to countries with cheaper labor costs.  The winners are a handful of trans national corporations that are taking advantage of all of us.  Seventy precent of our economy is consumer driven, how much can we buy if our wages are driven down to third world rates?

"Corporations Won't Hire Us, But They Want Us To Shop!"

I'ts simple, consumers have had the rug pulled out from under them!

"Hollywood Writers Strike for A Small Piece of the Pie!

"We Need Fair Trade, Not Free Trade!"

America's  lower and middle classes are turning out to be the losers of  globalization.  Now it's become apparent to everyone that the Regan,Bush,Clinton,Friedman flat earth free trade insanity has devastated America's Middle Class!  We need to end  the NAFTA, GATT, and WTO insanity and the transnational corporate takeover of world wide economies and return to the protectionism that built American industry over the past 200 years and bring back our jobs and thusly bring back our middle class!
